Dabo Guan is a Senior Lecturer of Environmental Economics and Governance at Sustainability Research Institute (SRI), University of Leeds specialising in international climate change policies for mitigation, climate change adaptation and their applications in both developed and developing countries. Dabo is a member of the SESAME project team bringing his expertise on environmental resources accounting and climate change adaptation economics to the Flood Risk Management work being undertaken there.
