Call for On-line Community Champions

With the launch of the FCERM.net and Sniffer On-line Community Forum, we are calling for enthusiastic members from across the FCERM sector to join our team of On-line Community Champions. The community forum exists to create a safe space where those working in FCERM can openly share ideas and experiences, ask questions, and continue to develop conversations that began at face-to-face events.  Our Community Champions will have an important role in proposing discussion topics, encouraging debate and engagement, and in raising awareness of the on-line forum to others in the FCERM sector.  For more information on getting involved email c.morgan@hw.ac.uk

The Blue Green Cities project team are now approaching the final stages of their research and they have turned their attention to sharing what they have learned with Flood Risk Management practitoners and communities through a variety of 'dissemination' tools.  One such tool that is proving effective is their Blue-Green Cities Factsheets, a series of concise information pamphlets that have been shared on their website, to be accessible to a wide audience.
